- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (cold & warm leads)
- Present products and services in a clear, persuasive, and confident manner
- Qualify prospects, handle objections, and move them through the sales funnel
- Close sales or set appointments for our field representatives
- Maintain accurate records and follow up through CRM systems
