In OMRON México we are looking for our next
Automation Solution Consultant
located in
Guadalajara, Jalisco.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic person with a strong consultative mindset, adept at hunting for new business opportunities, and proficient in leveraging our cutting-edge Sysmac platform.

Our consultant will be responsible:

To advocate for customers, understand their unique challenges, and provide tailored Omron solutions that deliver real value.

  • Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
  • Drive revenue and market share growth within your territory.
  • Exceed performance goals and key business objectives.
  • Leverage CRM tools and strategic planning to ensure success.

Automation Solution Selling:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
  • Advocate for Omron's
    Sysmac
    platform and its game-changing capabilities.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to deliver real, measurable value.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with continuous learning in automation and industrial technology.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with
    cross-functional teams and partners
    to develop and implement solutions that put the customer first.
  • Providing
    commercial leadership
    throughout the sales process, you'll ensure that every proposal aligns with customer needs and maximizes value.

Have at least
3 years of demonstrated application solutions sales experience
with OEM and End User customers.

And an
engineering education
in mechatronics, mechanics, electronics,
technology, sales.

Sufficient experience
that contributes to the role will be considered in lieu of degree.

Technical Abilities:
Sales experience with industrial automation solutions including PLC/HMI, Motion Control, Robotics, Safety, Machine Vision Systems and Components preferred.

Travel Requirements
: Ability to travel up to 30% and spend 80% of time in the field, directly engaging with customers.
