ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working "in the books," values accuracy, and is eager to grow their technical skills over time.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Accurately review, record, and process vendor and internal invoices into our system
  • Execute and track payments (ACH, wire, checks)
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Guarantee all entries and reconciliations comply with internal accounting policies
  • Ensure proper application of debits and credits
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Maintain consistent documentation to support month-end close

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Advanced English skills (B2-C2)
  • Strong understanding of invoice processing (must-have)
  • Familiarity or experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Basic but solid knowledge of debits and credits
  • Familiarity with AP and AR processes
  • Ability to understand and work with balance sheets
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term growth
