With a focus on excellence, ownership, and community, we are redefining the repair industry by going above and beyond in every interaction.**ABOUT THE ROLE**We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of professional experience. This role is key in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with timely reporting.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (AP, AR, bank, and credit card).- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, financial records, process invoices, and payments.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.- Prepare and generate financial reports for management.- Collaborate with accountants or auditors when needed.- Ensure compliance with local US accounting standards and internal policies.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.**WHAT WE OFFER**- Monthly Salary of $20,000 to $25,000 gross- Christmas Bonus of 30 days (aguinaldo)- Saving Fund 10% (5% employe, and 5% company)- Monthly food vouchers- Life Insurance- Medical Insurance (SGMM)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Tienes experiência trabajando con contabilidad de Estados Unidos?Idioma:- Tienes conocimiento solido del idioma inglés?
