Estamos buscando: Parts Admin Analyst

Objetivo del puesto:

Contribuir al fortalecimiento del área de postventa mediante la revisión y gestión eficiente de los requerimientos de los distribuidores, asegurando una atención oportuna y alineada con los estándares de calidad de la marca. Realizar análisis estratégicos del mercado de autopartes para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la oferta y disponibilidad de productos. Supervisar y optimizar el control de inventario a través de plataformas internas, garantizando precisión en los registros y disponibilidad de stock. Dar seguimiento puntual a los procesos de entrega de autopartes, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos y condiciones acordadas con los distribuidores, con el objetivo de maximizar la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia operativa

Responsabilidades clave:

Revisar y gestionar los requerimientos de autopartes de los distribuidores.Asesoramiento en el uso de catalogo electrónico y sistemas de refacciones.Mantener contacto con distribuidores y proveedores para asegurar disponibilidad.Dar seguimiento puntual a las entregas de autopartes, garantizando tiempos y condiciones acordadas.Resolución de temas de nuestros distribuidores relacionados con la cadena de suministro de refacciones.Desarrollar una relación con nuestros clientes estableciendo confianza y credibilidad.
