DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Visit the MC Bolton dealer network and Retailers at each business point, to technical training, technical support and manage the business information generated monthlyMain Tasks:- Administration of the warranty portal, Qualification/Monitoring/Validation/Rejection of claims.- Creation of technical reports of warranty claims/issuance reports and parts to SMC (FTIR)- Administration of the DCS technical portal, Technical Bulletins, Service Manuals, Technical information/new MC technologies.- Creation of training material for new technologies, new MC models.- Virtual and face-to-face technical/administrative training at Dealer facilities.- Field visits to the Dealer for service activities (PROFECO topics, customer complaints, customer service)- Handling of Dealer/Final Customer complaints via electronic, telephone, face-to-face- Resolution and support of technical problems to the network of distributors/service technicians/retail.Skills and/or Competencies:Current driver's license, driving on the highway, oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, organized, self-directed, orientation and essential customer service, availability of national travel (road, plane) 50%.Specialized Market Experience:5 year after-sales and/or customer service, knowledge of basic mechanics of internal combustion engines MC, maintenance area.Role Responsibilities:Analyst - Aftersales, Spare parts & Tech SupportRole Qualifications:Many years (more than 10) of experience in after-sales and technical training in the motorcycle businessEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
