What you'll be doing
Responsible for receiving, reviewing, processing filings to assist in the international movement of commercial goods. In this role, you will be processing e-manifests, inbonds, or ISF's shipments destined to the US. It may be necessary to obtain additional information or seek guidance from more senior team members.
You will be responsible for…
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Prepare filings with provided documents accurately with guidance when necessary.
- Handle client queries in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
- Contact clients, carriers, or suppliers to request additional documents or information as needed.
- Respond to calls and questions from internal and external sources.
- Complete filings accurately and in accordance with regulations.
- Complete set department volume to meet KPI's.
- Escalate and report any issues or delays to Team Leader.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
What skills & experience you'll bring to us
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
