Our Managed Services Consultants work as part of a larger consulting team forming close relationships with key client Business and Information Technology stakeholders. Consultants must possess strong technical, communication, and client relationship skills, and have the ability to balance quality and client expectations.

We are seeking a talented Consultant to join our Management & Technology Consulting group.

Job Description
This position offers the opportunity to develop your career within our expanding Management Services and Technology Consulting practice. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Interaction with clients to resolve client user issues and build relationships
  • Following client service protocols
  • Resolve complex client problems in a professional manner
  • Creation / documentation of client interactions for training purposes and knowledge articles
  • Analyse, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions for clients
  • Lead the creation of deliverables, work product, and communications
  • Interface with clients at all levels daily
  • Demonstrate ability to balance quality, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Work with internal and client resources
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate client risks and issues, and work closely with leadership to resolve these issues
  • Propose implementation strategies addressing client operational needs
  • Analyse the current state, identify issues, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and support the development of creative strategies to help our clients achieve business success
  • Facilitate or participate in working sessions with clients to resolve issues
  • Ensure great customer service across work streams and projects
  • Assist with internal initiatives to help our firm's grow

Qualification Preferences

  • Relevant certifications, field or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred
  • 5+ years prior experience in customer facing help desk or system management roles or recent bachelor's degree in a computer related field preferred
  • English proficiency
  • Working knowledge in IT infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, …), M365 and Azure, or AWS experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to translate and align functional and business needs into technical specifications
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to proactively manage commitments and tasks
  • Experience building effective trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience working as part of a client focused team
  • Proactively demonstrate commitment to team's and firm's development
  • Willingness to travel, when applicable
  • Willingness to work on weekends (2 days off a week)
