Acerca del puesto:

Administrar los eventos de calidad internas. Analisis controles estadísticos de proceso y cumplimiento de y apego al sistema de calidad QMS.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar estrategias, procesos, lineamientos y planes de control de aseguramiento de calidad que garanticen la calidad y confiabilidad de los productos manufacturados.

  • Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de acciones correctivas y medidas preventivas para alcanzar los objetivos de calidad.

  • Atender tendencias relacionadas con no conformidades internas y externas.

  • Gestionar múltiples equipos, líderes de equipo, especialistas en calidad e inspectores para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

  • Revisar reportes y colaborar con personal de aseguramiento de calidad, producción, gestión y personal de ingeniería para resolver problemas de calidad.

Requisitos educativos:

  • Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o Ingenierias afines.

Habilidades:

Resolución de problemas

  • Analisis de causa raíz de eventos internos.

  • Seguimiento al proceso de BIQ y oportunidades del proceso.

  • Solucion de CPKs bajo que no se cumplen con lo requerido.

Sistema de gestión de calidad (QMS)

  • Cumplimiento del plan de auditorias de IPVs QGs.

  • Seguimiento al programa de LPAs y auditorias de CQMS internas.

  • Analisis de Certificacion de VS.

Comunicaciones efectiva

  • Identifica y explica las señales no verbales que pueden modificar o afectar la comprensión de lo que se comunica.
  • Proporciona ejemplos de situaciones donde la comunicación funciona adecuadamente y otras donde falla.

  • Horario: Lunes a sábado (6:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.)

  • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
