: This is a remote based position for candidates residing in Mexico City or Queretaro.
What you will do
- Identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation, assessing ROI and potential risks.
- Lead RPA solution design, programming, and testing using leading automation platforms.
- Collaborate with business units to clarify requirements, document processes, and support UAT.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated processes, ensuring ongoing reliability.
- Report on performance, pipeline status, risks, and resource utilization using data insights.
- Contribute to the development of a global RPA framework and reusable automation libraries.
- Share expertise across regional and global teams to standardize and improve automation practices.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, quality, and value delivery.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 3+ years' experience in RPA development, implementation, and lifecycle management; coding (e.g., Java, SQL) a plus.
- Proven expertise with automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP), AIOps/monitoring, and governance in regulated environments
. - Strong project management, process mapping, and IT design skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Collaborative, adaptable team player with cultural sensitivity and strong execution skills.
- Familiarity with emerging AI and automation technologies.
