Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Information Technology required.3+ Years Industry ExperienceAdvance Experience/Certification with RPA software (UiPath preferred)Skill with scripting languages such as VBA/VBS, Python, NodeJS and JavaScriptProficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, MSSQL, MongoDB, and database experiencesProficiency with JIRA, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory and CICD developmentSkills in data reporting and experience with analytics softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including business process expertiseExperience developing design documents for automation processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and writtenCommitted to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving.Ability to lead project development teams, solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationshipsExperience delivering quality process and outcomesAbility to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.Process orientation with strong attention to detailFlexible team player committed to quality process and outcomesStrong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take ownership over projects and tasksSchneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, a culture of wellness, and more great benefits above and beyond a typical employer. What do you get to do in this position?
As the subject matter expert for RPA technology conveys effectively to the organization how Robotic Automation can support a proposed business process.Develop & Test RPA solutions using UiPathEnsures policies, practices and compliance are correctly applied and processed through the employee life cycle when automating a process.Makes key decisions on what business processes qualify as an automation candidate, which projects are implemented, the priority level of the project and approves sign off into production.Prepares RPA and Workflow Process definition documents while providing how automation will improve the current process with cost savings.Ability to create RPA user stories/cases with business rules and exceptions for automation projects in development, complete UAT testing and postproduction testing while meeting tight deadlines and deliverables.Postproduction ownership of RPA processes, ensuring continued efficiencies, compliance, and management of business change requests.Responsible for future enhancements of existing RPA initiatives currently in productionProvide Senior Leadership with risk analysis, project status and regular project updates including MBR (Monthly Business Review).Creates process/policies in support of automation; creates training material and communications and effectively executes to the organization.Leads in the implementation of automation solutions when determined and ensure accountability and consistency in execution.Applies analytical methods and resources to understand, predicate and/or control operations and processes as requested by business owners on an ad hoc basis.-
