The purpose of this role is to manage senior strategists and planner/junior on day-to-day client strategy needs on a single account or group of accounts – guiding insight generation, creative briefs, selling narratives, strategic POVs and go-to market plans

Job Description:

Actúa como líder visionario en todos los negocios a los que se le asigna
Desarrolla grandes ideas estratégicas para la plataforma basándose en datos y ricas en información y dirige su crecimiento y desarrollo
Actúa como líder de equipo con la responsabilidad final de la calidad de los productos estratégicos y creativos que produce el equipo
Lidera y dirige los nuevos esfuerzos empresariales con una clara comprensión de la estrategia de mercado de las agencias
Contribuye a la propiedad intelectual de las agencias desarrollando iniciativas de gran alcance sobre técnicas y temas relevantes para los intereses de la agencia y del cliente
Utiliza todas las formas de datos para descubrir información, con un sólido dominio tanto de la investigación cualitativa como cuantitativa
Orienta a los miembros del grupo, además de poder ayudar a gestionar sus proyectos diariamente y motivarlos a llevar sus reflexiones al siguiente nivel mediante un enfoque visionario de sus problemas
Actúa como un sólido cliente y socio creativo para impulsar la misión comercial y de marca
Demuestra y fomenta un entorno de trabajo colaborativo en el que las ideas florecen
