Somos Nexu, una plataforma de financiamiento automotriz, brindamos crédito y arrendamiento financiero para autos nuevos y seminuevos que está transformando la forma en que las personas acceden a un auto.

En Nexu queremos que más personas puedan estrenar coche sin complicaciones financieras. Para lograrlo, necesitamos a alguien que piense en grande, actúe rápido y construya relaciones que escalen.

Puesto: Gerente Sr. de Business Development

Ubicación: CDMX / Remoto Híbrido

¿Qué harás?

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia nacional de Biz Dev

  • Negociar alianzas con marcas automotrices, distribuidores y otros socios clave

  • Liderar integraciones comerciales, pilotos y activaciones

  • Ser la cara de Nexu con nuestros partners más estratégicos

  • Coordinar con nuestros equipos de Producto, Operaciones, BI y Comercial

  • Transformar datos en decisiones

  • Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de alto impacto

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • +7 años en desarrollo de negocio, alianzas o crecimiento, idealmente en fintech, automotriz o banca

  • Experiencia liderando equipos y negociando con stakeholders de alto nivel

  • Dominio de métricas como CAC, LTV, conversión

  • Capacidad de contar historias que venden, comunicas y transforman

  • Si ya has hecho integraciones tech con terceros, mejor aún

Éxito en este rol significa:

  • Activar al menos 2 alianzas nuevas estratégicas

  • Aumentar la colocación de aliados actuales en +25% trimestre a trimestre

  • Estandarizar procesos de onboarding y seguimiento

  • Crear un equipo de Biz Dev con roles, objetivos y mucha garra
