Puesto: Gerente Sr. de Business Development – Strategic Partnerships
Ubicación: CDMX / Híbrido
¿Qué harás?
Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia nacional de Business Development
Negociar alianzas con marcas automotrices, distribuidores y socios estratégicos
Liderar integraciones comerciales, pilotos y activaciones end-to-end
Ser la cara de Nexu con nuestros partners más estratégicos
Coordinar con Producto, Operaciones, BI y Comercial
Transformar datos en decisiones
Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de alto impacto
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
+7 años en Biz Dev, alianzas o crecimiento (fintech, automotriz o banca ideal)
Experiencia liderando equipos y negociando con stakeholders senior
Dominio de métricas como CAC, LTV y conversión
Capacidad de contar historias que convencen, alinean y escalan
Experiencia en integraciones tech con terceros (plus)
Éxito en este rol significa:
Activar al menos 2 alianzas estratégicas nuevas
Incrementar la colocación de aliados actuales en +25% QoQ
Estandarizar procesos de onboarding y seguimiento
Construir un equipo de Biz Dev con foco, ownership y mucha garra
