Propósito General de Puesto:

Principalmente Analizar los procesos logísticos de distribución de MPS para identificar oportunidades de mejora de los mismos y optimización de recursos

Control de presupuesto de distribución MPS.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión de 3PL para seguimiento de entregas a nivel nacional, principalmente para MPS (15mil envío mensuales promedio).

Seguimiento proactivo y control de incidencias de entrega (retrasos, paquetes extraviados, devoluciones) de órdenes de MPS principalmente (paqueterías, envíos dedicados, ftl)

Análisis y control de gasto operativo (aprox $1MM USD anual)

Análisis de KPIs / Implementación de tableros de control.

Gestión de los proveedores de logística de Lexmark para implementación y seguimientos de planes de mejora de procesos.

Conocimiento:

Excel (Manejo de tablas dinámicas, macros deseable)

ERP (SAP preferentemente)

Inglés intermedio

Ubicación: Cuautitlán Izcalli 

Develops and implements logistics plans that may affect the distribution and inventory of finished products in order to enhance product flow. Assists in the development of policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conducts distribution, monitors and ensures successful delivery of shipments, analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports. Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers. Other Skills: teamwork, advanced excel knowledge.
