The Opportunity – Route Engineering Analyst in Mexico City

We are looking for portuguese speaker to join our
Route Planning
team and drive growth through smart, data-driven logistics solutions. This role plays a critical part in enabling efficient and scalable operations by designing, refining, and implementing
route engineering strategies
using cutting-edge technology and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

As a
Route Engineering Analyst
, you will:

• Lead the
  execution of routing solutions
  using Territory Planner, based on service requests from Business Units (BUs) via Route Design Managers.
• Apply the
  Gold Standard Route Engineering Process
  to ensure high-quality and consistent output.
• Continuously
  refine and adjust routing solutions
  based on real-world performance feedback, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Field Teams.
• Partner with Route Planning Coordinators to build reports and
  track performance
  of implemented solutions.
• Contribute to the
  continuous improvement
  and rollout of strategic routing initiatives across the region.
• Ensure
  Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  are met for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate with fellow Route Engineers to address technical challenges and share best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Knowleged in data analysis, logistics, or business operations or similar filed.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Strong proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Comfortable working with planning tools, databases, and reporting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-driven, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to train and support new team members.
