IP Manager
que impulse la innovación, el desarrollo tecnológico y la estrategia comercial para uno de nuestros sectores clave.

Tu misión

Serás responsable de conectar mercado, tecnología y operaciones para asegurar que nuestras soluciones IP satisfagan las necesidades del cliente, generen valor y fortalezcan nuestra posición en la industria.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir e implementar estrategias de marketing y crecimiento del sector IP.
  • Liderar iniciativas de innovación tecnológica y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Colaborar con Ventas, Operaciones, I+D y Servicio al Cliente en la ejecución de proyectos clave.
  • Realizar propuestas técnicas, capacitaciones y presentaciones para clientes estratégicos.
  • Analizar desempeño del portafolio, precios, rentabilidad y retorno de innovación.

Lo que buscamos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Ciencia de Materiales, o afín (posgrado deseable).
  • +5 años en gestión de productos, marketing o soporte técnico en industrias IP, refractarios, metalúrgicas o manufactureras relacionadas con el acero.
  • Experiencia en centros de distribución y proyectos de reparación de hornos.
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con fuerte habilidad para trabajar de forma cross-functional.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento con clients (Hunting).
