Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role located in Tijuana BC. Mexico Responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and fulfilling sales targets. The associate will demonstrate product knowledge, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service while promoting the unique and innovative solutions offered by MexCava. Additionally, the role will involve field visits and collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively close deals and meet sales targets
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management experience, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and long-lasting partnerships
  • Communication and Presentation Skills to confidently promote products and services
  • Knowledge in construction, agriculture, mining, or urban infrastructure industries is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on-site and transport within the Long Beach, CA area effectively
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are highly desired
  • Previous sales experience in a related field is an advantage
