RGP is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Treasury Analyst for a hybrid, project-based consulting role with the potential to convert to a full-time position. This role supports both day-to-day treasury operations and strategic financial initiatives across multiple regions, including LATAM. It's ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving process improvements and delivering insights that support business decisions.

What you will work on

  • Oversee daily cash positioning, funding, and bank account management across multiple entities and regions, including LATAM.
  • Execute and monitor payments, wire transfers, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure optimal liquidity and support month-end close and treasury reporting activities.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as banking optimization, FX risk management, and treasury system enhancements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activity, investment strategies, and treasury policy development.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CTP or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in corporate treasury or finance, ideally with regional exposure (LATAM preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (English & Spanish).
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
