Descripción general de la posición: 

  • Atender la red de sucursales en gestión y seguimiento de proyectos que permitan: Mejora de procesos con impacto tecnológico, renovación de infraestructura y corrección incidentes/fallas.
  • Coordinar y asegurar implementación de mejoras en procesos/ aplicativos utilizados en la red de sucursales sin impacto a la operación y clientes.
  • Gestión de un portafolio de proyectos para operaciones sucursales para atención de desarrollos mandatorios y de negocio.  
  • Definición de funcionalidades (épicas e historias de usuario) en conjunto con dueños de procesos sobre los cambios esperados en aplicativos que utilizados en sucursal. 
  • Realizar casos de negocio que permitan priorizar iniciativas de mejora con base en la relación costo/beneficio.
  • Asegurar la comunicación y capacitación a la red de 11 mil empleados de sucursales sobre las mejoras liberadas.
  • Aprobación de matrices de pruebas definidas para cada proyecto/funcionalidad. 
  • Sanity post implementación, test en sucursales sobre las liberaciones realizadas por tecnología. 
  • Construya una fuerte relación de colaboración entre los equipos de Ops Sucursales y las áreas de tecnología, infraestructura, negocio, operaciones y comités para aprobación de iniciativas/proyectos tecnológicos. 

Escolaridad 

Pasante de preferencia titulado en las carreras afines a: 

  • Ingeniería Industrial 
  • Ingeniería en sistemas
  • Administración 
  • Actuaría
  • Economía

Conocimientos adicionales: 

  • Gestión de proyectos, preferentemente metodología Agile. 
  • Elaboración flujos de proceso.
  • Elaboración casos de negocio. (Cálculo TIR, ROI)
  • Metodología Experiencia del Cliente (NPS)

Experiencia  

  • Documentación de procesos, calidad o reingeniería 
  • Gestión de Proyectos Agile
  • Lean manufacturing 
  • Seguimiento de proyectos, elaboración de planes y KPI's.

Principales funciones:

  • Como estructurar una instrucción de trabajo, identificar riesgos y controles aplicados a la operación.
  • Estándares básicos de gestión de proyectos, como la planificación de planes de trabajo, entregables y escalamiento.  
  • Diagramar flujos de proceso punta a punta incluyendo actividades, sistemas, controles y escenarios que puedan presentarse. Generación de análisis y Business case orientados a la mejora del cliente, reducción de tiempos y desperdicios en operación. 
  • Documentar la evidencia de las pruebas a realizar. 
  • Cómo describir de forma correcta épicas (funcionalidades) e historias de usuario que atiendan las necesidades operativas.

  • Gestión de Proyectos Agile.

  • Conocimiento sobre funcionamiento áreas operativas.
