Sr. Operations AnalystObjetivo:

Analiza y revisa las solicitudes de contratos, previamente autorizados por el Área de Crédito a los clientes y distribuidores.
Prepara y revisa toda la debida información para la activación y fondeo de contratos
Seguimiento a documentación legal hasta que ésta quede resguardada en bóveda.
Análisis de tablas especiales y proyectos especiales en coordinación con el área comercial
Participación en pruebas de nuevos sistemas y proyectos
Cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento sobre tiempos de respuesta.

Tareas Principales:

  • Administrar y validar la documentación necesaria para la contratación de productos financieros (AF, AP y CD).
  • Elaborar contratos, gestionar modificaciones y coordinar procesos de pólizas con carroceros.
  • Revisar alertas PLD, condicionantes de crédito, seguros y cartera vencida.
  • Registrar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a operaciones en ProleaseNET, incluyendo fondeo, pagos y registros especiales para flotas.
  • Coordinar actividades con las áreas de crédito, cobranza y comercial.
  • Gestionar pagos a carroceros, distribuidores e incentivos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento y cierre adecuado del ciclo contractual.
  • Contribuir en pruebas, ajustes de procesos y mantener la confidencialidad de información sensible.

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura Terminada titulado o en proceso de titulación.
  • Idioma (s): Ingles avanzado
  • Experiencia laboral: Finanzas, operaciones o crédito.
  • Conocimientos técnicos necesarios:
  • Excel intermedio: (Elaboración de tablas de amortización y con conocimiento amplio de productos financieros, hojas de cálculo, tablas dinámicas, macros etc.
  • Manejo y conocimiento en Word
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente
