We're looking for an
HR Generalist
to join our
Toluca
plant and become a trusted partner for our people and leaders. In this role, you'll manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, and help create a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Profile description:

Your Impact:

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
  • Support employee relations, engagement, and wellness programs.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and assist with audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or automotive.
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • English proficiency and MS Office/HRIS experience.
