At the heart of our success is a team of talented professionals who drive our business forward. We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our growth and expansion by executing HR strategies, managing local employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. We offer a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for local positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also play a critical role in promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Your expertise in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) will enable us to streamline our processes and improve efficiency. The successful candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in multinational companies. Proven expertise in Mexican labor laws and employment practices. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems.
