Data Scientist Jr

Join our Digital Unit as a Data Scientist Jr, where you'll help accelerate our digital transformation by supporting the development, operation, and improvement of data ‑ driven products. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high ‑ quality analytics and machine learning solutions that enable faster, smarter decision ‑ making across the organization.

This position is based in Querétaro, MX. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Solution Architects, BI Analysts, and UX/Visualization experts.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Model Operations & Maintenance – Operate, monitor, and maintain existing machine learning models and pipelines.

Model & Infrastructure Improvements – Support continuous improvement initiatives by testing changes and evaluating performance.

Pipeline & Data Support – Assist with data pipelines built on diverse data sources.

Analytical Insights – Analyze complex datasets to extract insights.

Cross ‑ Functional Collaboration – Work closely with multiple technical and business partners.

We're Looking for Someone With

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist OR 2+ years in Business Intelligence

Advanced knowledge of R and/or Python

Strong SQL and/or AWS knowledge

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
