About The Role
The Logistics Process Coordinator is responsible for planning, overseeing, and optimizing all logistical operations involved in providing the organization's tourism services. Their primary mission is to ensure that every experience offered to clients is executed efficiently, on time, and with high quality standards, guaranteeing seamless coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and strategic partners.
Position Objective
To ensure the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of all logistical processes associated with the company's tourism operations, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, resource optimization, and the delivery of reliable and satisfying customer experiences. The purpose of this role is to ensure that each scheduled service is delivered on time, coordinating suppliers, internal teams, and strategic partners to maintain operational continuity and an excellent traveler experience.
Skill
• Proficiency in English (80%+ level)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
• Knowledge of the area and tourist attractions
• Previous experience in a similar role
