El Delivery Manager de proyectos SAP lidera la entrega de soluciones SAP asegurando que los proyectos se ejecuten conforme a los objetivos estratégicos, dentro del alcance, tiempo y presupuesto definidos. Es responsable de coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, gestionar stakeholders y garantizar la calidad de la implementación.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Planificar, ejecutar y cerrar proyectos SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos y funcionales.
  • Gestionar cronogramas, presupuestos, riesgos y calidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de metodologías (Activate, ASAP, PMI, Agile).
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con stakeholders.
  • Supervisar la transición a soporte y gestión del cambio.
  • Monitorear KPIs de entrega y satisfacción del cliente.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en implementación de proyectos SAP (mínimo 5 años).
  • Conocimiento funcional en módulos SAP clave.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
  • Certificaciones deseables: PMP, SAP Activate, ITIL.
  • Liderazgo colaborativo:
    Capacidad para inspirar y guiar equipos diversos hacia objetivos comunes.
  • Comunicación asertiva:
    Habilidad para transmitir ideas con claridad a diferentes niveles organizacionales.
  • Empatía y escucha activa:
    Comprensión de las necesidades del cliente y del equipo para facilitar soluciones efectivas.
  • Resolución de conflictos:
    Manejo diplomático de situaciones complejas o tensas.
  • Pensamiento estratégico:
    Visión integral del negocio para alinear la entrega con los objetivos organizacionales.
  • Adaptabilidad:
    Capacidad para responder con agilidad ante cambios en el entorno del proyecto.
  • Gestión del tiempo y prioridades:
    Organización eficiente de tareas en contextos de alta demanda.

Información adicional

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Administración o afín.
  • Posgrado o certificaciones en gestión de proyectos o tecnologías SAP (deseable).
