Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Delivery Manager
to oversee end-to-end delivery of IT and business solutions in a global, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a solid technical background across multiple technologies, and a proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional global teams, driving collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage production support, platform engineering, and implementation projects across Oracle technologies (EBS, OIC, HCM).
  • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery processes.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
  • Provide operational leadership across HR, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery or project management within IT services or system integrators.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle technologies, Agile, and production support environments.
  • Preferred:
    Experience managing center operations (HR, Finance, IT) and exposure to the manufacturing industry.
