Role:

Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

What you'll do:

  • Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
  • Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
  • Providing coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
  • Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.

Education Required:

  • Completed degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering
  • Fluent English.

Engineering

  • Mechanical Design knowledge
  • Proficiency in Office
  • SolidWorks and AutoCAD knowledge
  • Background of 1–2 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Maintenance Engineering

Decision making and critical thinking

  • Explains the characteristics and steps of an effective decision-making process.
  • Identifies issues and communicates with others when a decision needs to be made.

Problem solving

  • Applies a structured and disciplined approach to problem solving, identifying key elements of the techniques used in their area.
  • Follows established practices for reporting, escalating, analyzing, and resolving problems.

Lean manufacturing

  • Understands core lean principles and basic tools for waste identification.
  • Recognizes benefits and risks of lean application based on general industry examples.
