Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Engineer located in Mexico City, Mexico. The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing technical support to end-users, ensuring network security, and managing networking systems. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining system efficiency, and implementing network security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for IT systems
- Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Networking and Network Security principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are advantageous
- Experience with IT systems used in enterprise or organizational environments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
