Requirements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with strong expertise in databases such as PostgreSQL, CloudSQL, or similar technologies.
  • Extensive experience in MarTech technologies, including platforms related to customer data, automation, personalization, or campaign management.
  • 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, ideally working on consumer-facing or omnichannel solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of modern software architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices — be prepared to demonstrate this during the interview process.
    • 2+ years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
