CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS ECONOMICOS, POLITICOS Y DE SEGURIDAD busca Assistant Manager - Butler en Col. Del Valle - Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar apoyo integral, personalizado y de alto nivel a un Principal/Family Office, asegurando servicio excepcional, discreción, confianza absoluta y atención detallada a necesidades personales, familiares y logísticas, garantizando eficiencia, orden y calidad premium en todo momento.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestión y organización de agenda personal y social
  • Coordinación de actividades, eventos privados y compromisos especiales
  • Administración de requerimientos personales y familiares
  • Coordinación de viajes, itinerarios, reservaciones y traslados
  • Apoyo en compras personales, obsequios, logística lifestyle y concierge
  • Gestión de información sensible conconfidencialidad absoluta
  • Asegurar estándares de servicio premium, protocolo y atención personalizada
  • Disponibilidad para atender situaciones imprevistas

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia previa comoAsistente Personal, Butler, Concierge Premium, Lifestyle Manager o similar
  • Excelente organización, atención al detalle y sentido de servicio
  • Alto nivel de discreción, ética, confidencialidad y confianza
  • Excelente trato, comunicación asertiva y presentación ejecutiva
  • Capacidad para anticiparse a necesidades y resolver situaciones con eficiencia
  • Manejo de tecnología básica (agenda digital, coordinación, mensajería, etc.)
  • Disponibilidad de horario y movilidad
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
  • Contar con Visa y Pasaporte vigentes
