DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contact Center Assistant Manager for our Customer Services team.This role is crucial in ensuring that our service representatives meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.As a leader in business process outsourcing, DATAMARK is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers, and we are looking for a assistant manger who shares this commitment.The Contact Center Assistant Manager is responsible for all production-related aspects of the assigned project(s).The Contact Center Assistant Manager acts as a point of contact to the client in representing DATAMARK in all day-to-day issues.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's Degree preferredAt least 1 year of experience in a contact center management roleBilingual preferred as per country's requirement (primary/secondary language English).Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook requiredExcellent leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtensive knowledge of contact center/customer service procedures and principlesDemonstrated analytical/problem-solving skillsExcellent multi-tasking skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsOrganized with attention to detail.Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.Ability to coach and mentor customer service representativesBenefitsAll legal benefitsLife InsuranceSavings fund#J-*****-Ljbffr
