Wir sind keine Personalvermittlung, sondern das IT-Unternehmen, bei dem Sie direkt angestellt werden würden

Für unseren IT-Support vor Ort in Dingolfing suchen wir aktuell nach einem Kollegen (m/w/d) im 2nd Level Support.

Responsibilities

  • Schnelle und effiziente Unterstützung der User im Bereich von Desktop-PCs, -Produkten und –Services, meist zu normalen Betriebszeiten, vereinzelt in Schicht und Bereitschaft
  • IT-Problemdiagnose und –behandlung
  • Weitergabe von nicht direkt lösbaren IT-Tickets
  • Eigenverantwortliche Überprüfung des Service-Status, z.B. der Zeit bis zur Lösung eines Tickets
  • Zeitnahe Installation und Deinstallation von Hard- und Software mit Hilfe vorliegender Installationstools
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Usern und Service Desk sowie externen Zulieferern
  • Durchführung von Hard- und Softwaretests mit vorliegenden Test- und Diagnosetools sowie anschließender Korrektur oder Weiterleitung, sowie Dokumentation
  • Dokumentation aktueller Hard- und Software zum Update des Konfigurationsmanagements

Qualifications

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im professionellen IT-Support wünschenswert, oder nachweisbare private Erfahrung und Affinität für den IT-Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Anwendungen, z.B. MS-Office, Oracle etc.
  • Kenntnisse in Ticketsystemen
  • Netzwerkkenntnisse (Anbindung von PCs und anderen Netzwerkgeräten, z.B. Druckern)
  • Zertifikate wie OEM, CompTIA, MCITP, MOS von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Kundenfreundlich
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
