At Prosci LATAM, we are looking for a profile with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting clients in technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes. You will serve as a methodological reference for the practice and guide junior profiles in the execution of key projects.
What you will do- Lead strategic change management projects across different industries and regions.
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies (communication, training, sponsorship, resistance management, sustainment).
- Facilitate sessions with executive committees, sponsors, and key leaders.
- Ensure methodological quality.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and lead lessons-learned and improvement sessions.
- Promote alignment between business strategy and execution.
6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects.
Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts.
- Prosci Certification (highly desirable).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required).
- Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication.
