Actividades Clave

Identificar, analizar y entender a las audiencias impactadas por el cambio.Entender la situación actual de las audiencias impactadas, involucrando y generando espacios de comunicación con líderes y funciones. Diseñar un plan de cambio y una estrategia donde se involucre, y asegure la adopción en la compañia. Diseñar una estrategia de alineación y evolución de la cultura basada en  una mentalidad customer centric. Fomentar la alineación y comprensión de roles y responsabilidades en el equipo. Asesoria en la definición de la estrategia de cambio por iniciativa dentro del programa de CC. Alinear y movilizar al equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento del plan.

Requisitos

Carrera terminada: Ing. Industrial, Lic. Psicología, o afin.5+ de experiencia (min. 3+ en Change Management). Inglés Avanzado.Skills de organización y comunicación.
