Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution
- Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
- Contacting the client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for BHGE
- Ensuring the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives
- Escalating the issues that can impact service delivery
- Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree in engineering electronic, mechanical or petroleum from an accredited university and relevant industry experience within product line
- 5 years of prior experience includes roles such as: direccional field engineer /remote engineer, applications engineer or similar
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
