En un entorno dinámico e innovador, apoyaremos el desarrollo rápido de tus habilidades gracias a nuestro management y a las herramientas adecuadas.Si te gustan los desafíos, quieres aprovechar tus habilidades y vivir una aventura humana, no lo dudes contáctanos KLB Group busca un **Service Line Coordinator** para su equipo de **Cd. del Carmen, **Campeche.****Funciones**:- Responsable de la gestión de línea de la unidad respectiva.- Responsable de la ejecución del servicio.- Responsable de mantener objetivos, roles de trabajo, evaluaciones y estrategias.- Soporta la resolución de problemas operativos críticos.- Responsable del empoderamiento y compromiso de los empleados de la unidad.- Monitorear los servicios que se brindan y mantenerse actualizado sobre losservicios que se introducen o descontinúan.- Hacer un seguimiento regular de los clientes para evaluar y garantizar susatisfacción.- Crear y mantener una base de datos de clientes e informes de servicio de campo.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de 7 años en manejo de operaciones en el área direccional y de 2 años como well planner.- Ingeniería petrolera, mecánica, industrial o afín.- Ejecución de trabajos en servicios de perforación y terminación de pozos petroleros direccionales.- Manejo en la ejecución de la logística para entrega de productos en locaciones remotas onshore y offshore.- Conocimiento básico en control de calidad, higiene seguridad y medio ambiente.- Disponibilidad parar viajar.- Zona de trabajo: CD. DEL CARMEN, CAMPECHE.
