Content Creator Jr.
para integrarse al equipo de contenido y trabajar de la mano con nuestra Content Manager, creando piezas orgánicas y para pauta que vivan en redes… y conviertan.

Este rol es
frontal
: buscamos a alguien que
salga en cámara
, sea parte de la narrativa de la marca y se convierta en uno de los rostros de Matter.

¿A quién buscamos?

Un creador digital con
1–2 años de experiencia
, amante de las redes sociales, con afinidad natural al
wellness, fitness y lifestyle trends
, cómodo frente a cámara y con ganas de crecer dentro de una marca en expansión.

Si te gusta grabarte, editar, proponer ideas, seguir tendencias y conectar con audiencias reales, este rol es para ti.

Responsabilidades

  • Creación de
    contenido orgánico para redes sociales
    (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
  • Desarrollo de
    contenido para pauta digital
    (UGC, hooks, guiones, testimoniales, ads).
  • Grabación y edición de
    videos cortos
    (formato vertical).
  • Producción básica de
    foto y video
    (con celular).
  • Participación activa
    frente a cámara
    como imagen de la marca.
  • Desarrollo de ideas para
    campañas creativas y tendencias
    .
  • Apoyo en planeación de contenidos junto con la Content Manager.
  • Monitoreo de tendencias y formatos que funcionen en social.

Requisitos

  • 1–2 años de experiencia
    en creación de contenido digital o redes sociales.
  • Experiencia grabando y editando video (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.).
  • Comodidad total
    frente a cámara
    .
  • Afinidad real con
    wellness, fitness, suplementos y lifestyle
    .
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y naturalidad al hablar.
  • Disponibilidad para grabar contenido de forma constante en CDMX.

Skills clave

  • Creatividad y pensamiento en formatos virales.
  • Buen ojo estético y entendimiento de trends.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con briefs, pero también proponer.
  • Organización y constancia.
  • Interés por métricas básicas (views, retención, CTR, performance).
