Content Creator (Social Media / Short-Form Video)

Requirements

- Experiencia de 5años previa como Content Creator o en roles similares.

- Dominio de formatos nativos para TikTok, Instagram Reels y YouTube Shorts.

- Habilidad para conceptualizar, grabar y editar contenido de manera autónoma.

- Conocimiento de herramientas de edición (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, InShot, etc.).

- Creatividad, storytelling visual y sensibilidad para tendencias.

- Portafolio o ejemplos de contenido (indispensable).

Activities

- Conceptualizar ideas creativas y storytelling para formatos de video corto.

- Grabar contenido utilizando recursos propios o de la marca (cámara, celular, set, locaciones).

- Editar videos con enfoque en ritmo, tendencias, hooks y retención de audiencia.

- Adaptar contenidos a cada plataforma (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) respetando formatos y mejores prácticas.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos de marca, tono y objetivos de comunicación.

- Mantenerse actualizado/a en tendencias, audios, formatos y challenges.-

- Proponer ideas orientadas a engagement, alcance y viralidad.

- Entregar contenidos en tiempo y forma según el calendario.

- Colaborar con equipos de social media, marketing o cuentas.
