We are looking for People Care Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. Responsible for promoting employee well-being, engagement, and a positive workplace culture. This role focuses on designing and executing internal initiatives related to employee wellness, recreational activities, and overall employee experience, ensuring employees feel supported, motivated, and connected to the organization.

Location: Guadalajara; Jalisco Mexico

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in employee experience, people care, HR, internal communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in employee well-being.
  • Creativity and organizational skills to plan activities and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job duties:

  • Design, coordinate, and execute employee well-being initiatives, including mental, physical, and emotional wellness programs.
  • Plan and organize internal activities and recreational events to foster engagement, collaboration, and a sense of community.
  • Support internal communication initiatives related to culture, wellness, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding well-being-related topics, providing guidance and directing them to appropriate resources when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Collect employee feedback through surveys or informal channels and propose actions to improve the employee experience.
  • Support onboarding initiatives from a cultural and people-care perspective, helping new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Assist with internal campaigns, celebrations, and recognition initiatives.
