Job Description:

People Care is HPE's internal HR support service. As demand grows across channels (AskHR, Cases, Messaging), we need disciplined operations, clear processes, and reliable reporting to keep the engine running smoothly.

As a People Care Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for HPE employees, reviewing inquiries through cases and chat. You'll provide accurate, timely support while partnering with regional AMS teams and global programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Your role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex issues, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and helping standardize operating practices across teams. This is a dynamic position where you'll combine problem-solving, communication, and process optimization to make a real impact. 

How you´ll make your mark:

  • Collaborate on projects and initiatives by supporting delivery, documentation, and coordination with guidance from the team.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, ensuring standardization and consistency across operations.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for priority projects, including data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
  • Resolve employee HR inquiries of moderate complexity through cases and chat, escalating when necessary for timely resolution.
  • Assist with reporting and data analytics, including survey results, employee metrics, and financial data to uncover insights and trends.
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices, helping maintain clear and standardized operating procedures across teams.

About You:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 0-2 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall HR environment.
  • Basic HR knowledge.
  • Good English communications skills.
  • Good quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good customer orientation.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement and basic data tools.
