We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as
Adobe Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Experience Operations team in Mexico, ensuring the seamless execution, maintenance, and optimization of promotions and experiences across all owned digital channels
  • Primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders and is responsible for overall service delivery and incident oversight
  • Oversee the Content Calendar process, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Brand/Customer/Partner content updates
  • Establish a QA process and maintain audit trail of all the changes
  • Manage project kick-offs, define objectives, track milestones, and provide comprehensive Status Reporting
  • Serve as the escalation point for Support & Incident Management during live experiences, ensuring prompt monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Facilitate team reviews and maintain strong alignment with marketing stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Prove 5+ years of experience in leading digital operations, marketing technology, or content management team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience with IT Consultation, market guidance, and defining/implementing Ways of Working for digital delivery
  • Nice to have - Good Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem including AEM and AEP
