About Us
For over 50 years, Computime Group Limited has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing—recognized globally for quality, reliability, and innovation. What began as an engineering company in Hong Kong designing digital clock has evolved into a dynamic, diversified group with multiple business units spanning advanced technologies, manufacturing solutions, and proprietary brands.
Today, we are at a pivotal moment. While our roots remain strong, our future lies in innovation, digital transformation, and global leadership across multiple sectors. However, our public perception—especially among investors, analysts, and key stakeholders—still reflects our legacy as a traditional manufacturer.
We are now embarking on a bold corporate rebranding and digital transformation initiative to realign our identity with our evolved business model and future ambitions. We are seeking a Senior Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The Opportunity
As part of a world-class electronics manufacturing organization, the Senior Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead comprehensive recruiting strategies across direct labor, technical, and salaried populations. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven, and scalable recruitment initiatives that attract, engage, and retain the best talent in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and global talent teams to ensure consistent execution of hiring strategies aligned to our global standards, supporting both operational excellence and workforce stability across all levels of the organization.

- Build strong sourcing pipelines using specialized platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
- Partner with Functional Department leaders to define success profiles and ensure the attraction of high-caliber technical talent.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for critical technical skills within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Implement talent mapping and succession pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Professional & Salaried Recruitment (Staff & Leadership Roles)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, administrative, and professional positions.
- Support CT-MEX searches for leadership and functional expert roles.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation alignment, and offer strategy to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Enhance employer branding and the candidate experience to attract top-tier professionals to a global, innovation-driven manufacturing organization.
Programs, Policies & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement recruitment policies and best practices ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across multiple sites.
- Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience, onboarding efficiency, and recruiting process automation.
- Build and deliver training to hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and hiring practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service-level agreements with agencies and recruitment vendors.
- Define and implement recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, turnover) and generate reports to drive strategic decisions.
- Launch targeted attraction campaigns and employee referral programs to enhance internal mobility and retention.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Lead initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Design and manage digital recruitment campaigns, social media content, and internal ambassador programs.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, universities, and technical institutes.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to develop storytelling and branding content aligned to the company's mission and values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Postgraduate degree or certification in talent acquisition / HR is a plus.
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition / recruitment roles, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment with regional/global scope.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, technical/manufacturing roles and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting metrics, dashboards and hiring data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools; experience in process improvement and tool deployment beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to partner with global teams and interact with technical hiring managers.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
