Propósito del puesto
Es la conexión entre Ventas y Marketing para asegurar la correcta implementación de la estrategia de las marcas en los puntos de venta buscando impulsar el sell-out e incrementar el enganche de los clientes.

Coordina la estrategia de Display y Materiales para el punto de venta alineado a las necesidades de los formatos y clientes de canal Mayoreo (Tradicional).

  • Educación y habilidades profesionales:
  • Licenciatura (Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Mercadotecnia).
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo (preferible).
  • Interés en Trade Marketing, Marketing, Project Management, Ventas.
  • Ingles intermedio
  • Conocimientos / Habilidades:

  • Habilidad de trabajar en equipos multifuncionales

  • Manejo de paquetería office con énfasis en Excel y PowerPoint

¿Cuáles serán sus principales responsabilidades?

  • Coordinar la colocación de Display, Materiales POP y herramientas de merchandising en puntos de venta.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y traducirlas en iniciativas de marca accionables.
  • Adaptar las estrategias de marca a los distintos formatos de canal Mayoreo, asegurando su relevancia y efectividad, para maximizar el sell-out.
  • Alinear stakeholders (KAMs, Ejecutivos, Perfect Store, Compras, Project Managers) para asegurar una correcta ejecución de nuestras marcas en los PDV de los clientes.
  • Administrar el presupuesto de Consumer & Display, garantizando adherencia al objetivo y brindando visibilidad a Stakeholders.
  • Coordinar Expos y Eventos con Clientes de canal Mayoreo.
