BTL Specialist
to bring our brand to life through impactful activations and events. If you have strong operational skills and love hands-on execution, this role is for you.
As a
BTL Specialist
, you will manage the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate logistics and on-site execution for events, exhibitions, and in-store activations.
- Supervise installations of stands, displays, and branded elements.
- Manage suppliers (production, AV, printing, staffing) and monitor deliverables.
- Support budget tracking, review cost proposals, and maintain vendor records.
- Prepare post-event reports with KPIs, photos, and improvement opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in BTL production, event coordination, or brand activations (automotive or consumer brands preferred).
- Knowledge of BTL strategies: roadshows, pop-ups, sampling, guerrilla marketing.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Flexibility for travel and event-driven schedules.
- Advanced English level
