Sobre el puesto
Como Transaction Manager, serás responsable de gestionar y coordinar oportunidades inmobiliarias alineadas a la estrategia de expansión del cliente. El rol combina un enfoque comercial, analítico y operativo, participando activamente en la prospección, evaluación y negociación de propiedades a nivel nacional, asegurando decisiones informadas y alineadas con los objetivos del portafolio.
Lo que harás
- Ejecutar prospección activa de propiedades mediante llamadas en frío, visitas a sitios y contacto directo con propietarios y corredores.
- Gestionar negociaciones inmobiliarias desde la identificación del sitio hasta la adquisición, renta o comercialización de inmuebles.
- Elaborar corridas financieras y análisis comparativos de valor utilizando Excel.
- Preparar y presentar material ejecutivo en PowerPoint para la toma de decisiones del cliente.
- Realizar opiniones de valor y estimaciones sobre el potencial de venta o renta de los inmuebles.
- Revisar y validar información financiera clave para procesos de adquisición o desincorporación.
- Alinear la ejecución de transacciones con los objetivos, métricas y lineamientos definidos por el cliente.
Lo que necesitas
- Inglés bilingüe o alto conversacional (interacción constante en inglés y español).
- Experiencia deseable de 3 a 6 años en bienes raíces, preferentemente en roles transaccionales
(se considerarán perfiles con menor experiencia o recién egresados con habilidades clave). - Formación en Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.
- Manejo sólido de Excel (corridas financieras y análisis numérico) y PowerPoint (presentaciones ejecutivas).
- Seguridad al comunicarse y alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad analítica, organización y orientación a resultados.
- Paciencia, tolerancia a la frustración y enfoque a largo plazo.
