Responsibilities
The Opportunity
KM Analyst supports the ESM&KM Director in designing, developing, and running all required KM processes in the areas of KM system design, maintenance, document management and business critical knowledge retention and proactively identifies areas of continuous improvement through assessing the changing needs of the Consumer function. Works closely with other KM Analysts, KM CoE and Capability Leads to be engaged in various KM projects / initiatives.
Your Impact
As
Knowledge Management Analyst
your responsibilities would consist of:
- Support the KM Lead and Capability Leads to identify the knowledge gaps in line with the business needs and share recommendations, methodology & approach to develop an appropriate KM Strategy and deliver on end-to-end KM Program.
- Support the KM Lead in designing, developing, and implementing appropriate KM processes in the areas of KM system design, maintenance, document management and business critical knowledge retention and proactively identify areas of continuous improvement through assessing the changing needs of the function.
- Expand ones focus on understanding the critical Organizational Knowledge that goes beyond the 'Process based' knowledge and extends to 'Skill-technology-functional-business' knowledge and suggest Knowledge Management frameworks to capture and streamline the knowledge base through a combination of different knowledge assets & portals.
- Own and manage healthy ServiceNow and SharePoint knowledge libraries, executing processes for on-going maintenance; suggest appropriate approach, processes' improvements; develop discussion materials & communications, understand the varied knowledge assets, and help drive the discussions with the Capability leads / team members for an effective knowledge exchange.
- Contribute to the Change Management programs, be able to work with the Global Change Management teams in planning and provide appropriate recommendations & suggestions to develop & launch effective change programs.
- Continuously interact with Capability teams and leads to provide relevant coaching, training, and support to champion a Knowledge Management culture.
- Work closely with the KM Lead to assess the business needs and identify gaps in the New Hire onboarding & Functional Learning. Contribute to the discussions with the Senior Leadership Team, ESM lead, Capability Leads & Talent Management team and suggest appropriate methods to design New Hire On boarding model.
- Support in identifying the areas of opportunities in line with the industry best practices, understanding areas of KM automation, self-service approach to enhance KM user experience and help build a strong KM Team.
- Support in defining the key KM KPIs to help monitor and track of engagement & outcomes of the KM programs & projects.
- Demonstrate high-level of flexibility and agility to the changing business needs and suggest the ways to ensure that the KM Programs adapt to the high paced changing business environment.
- Independently manage effective working relationship through partnership and collaboration with Consumer Capability leads, Product Owner/s, Transitions, Talent Management, Process excellence, KM COE, etc.
- Support the collaboration with the transitions teams and ensure all the documents created during the migration of work are handed over to KM and maintain the repository of all the transition content
- Perform quality checks on the content such as such as structure, tone, formatting, and consistency as needed and guide the users on the tags, taxonomy, KM processes, etc.
- Demonstrate creativity and support the creation of various training material, update presentations, and various communications
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- English fluency is a must
- Graduation / post-graduation in any stream with 5+ years of relevant work experience in shared services GBS environment in Knowledge Management programs & teams.
- Upkeep with the current technological developments/trends (automation) and evaluate and share ideas on how those can be introduced in the KM User experience.
- Excellent understanding of KM tools /systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint expertise required), other Content Management tools & Content Management cycle is a must.
- Looking for a candidate with strong content-development skills and the ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations
- Fluency in using Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to collaborate and work senior leaders and other team members to help establish goals, objectives / action plans and roadmaps.
- Ability to work across cultures and develop networks within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, stakeholder management, change management, communication, detail-oriented, motivational, influencing skills and clarity of thoughts.
- Knowledge Management certification will be a plus
