Stori is seeking an exceptional Sr Technical Product Leader to lead the Generative AI squad. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role at the intersection of product management skills and deep technical expertise in Generative AI. You will be key in defining, building, and scaling AI-powered products and automation solutions that directly impact our profitability, efficiency, and user experience.

You are not just a product manager – you are a technologist who understands the intricate landscape of Generative AI, capable of translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value. You will lead the product strategy for our Generative AI initiatives, working closely with a dedicated team of engineers and collaborating extensively with critical stakeholders across Customer Care, Collections, Marketing, Credit, Risk, Data, and Security. 

Your success will be measured by the business results achieved through the AI solutions you deliver.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role, demonstrating a strong track record of launching and scaling successful products.

• Demonstrated experience launching Generative AI-based products to production and scaling them successfully.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and product strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and a deep focus on delivering measurable business impact.

• Proven ability to work cross functionality while still taking full ownership of product decisions.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and a high demand for innovation.

Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and concepts. Including:

Experience in designing and shipping products leveraging chat and voice interfaces (especially if they rely on multi-agent architectures)

Extensive practical experience with various Large Language Models (LLMs) at the API level and beyond popular chat interfaces, understanding their capabilities, limitations, and use cases.

Proven expertise in prompt engineering, including advanced techniques for optimizing model responses and managing complex interactions.

Solid understanding and practical experience with Generative AI and programming frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Pydantic.

Familiarity with and experience utilizing model gateways like AWS Bedrock or similar platforms.

A strong grasp of AI safety, guardrails, and prompt injection handling techniques to build robust and secure AI systems.

In depth knowledge of Product Management best practices such as:

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to define and execute a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration. As well as the ability to successfully prioritize projects based on expected results and company priorities.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions, define success metrics, and optimize product performance.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), technical constraints, and a foundational knowledge of relevant technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve a shared goal, as well as influencing relevant stakeholders (C and VP-level).

Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

Bonus Points:

Experience using AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Bolt, V0, etc. As well as automation tools like n8n.

Ability to read or write code (e.g., Python) to prototype or deeply understand AI model behavior.

Direct experience in the Fintech industry or a strong understanding of financial services regulatory environments.

Experience working in a company undergoing a significant digital or AI-first
