¿Qué buscamos?

  • Carrera terminada o trunca en Turismo, Hospitalidad, Administración de Empresas Turísticas o similar.
  • Ya tienes experiencia en hotelería, gestión de propiedades o atención al cliente (mejor aún).
  • Sabes usar herramientas como Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar y Office sin problema.
  • Eres buen@ para comunicarte y te llevas bien con todo el mundo (huéspedes, proveedores, equipo).
  • Te fijas en los detalles, sabes organizarte y eres buen@ para manejar varias tareas a la vez.
  • Te gusta trabajar tanto en equipo como de forma independiente.
  • Estás dispuest@ a rolar turnos y trabajar algún fin de semana o feriado si se necesita.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Recibirás a los huéspedes en su check-in y check-out, haciéndolos sentir como en casa.
  • Revisarás que los departamentos estén perfectos antes y después de cada estancia.
  • Reportarás cualquier daño o situación al líder de operaciones.
  • Harás rondas para asegurarte de que todo esté en orden en los inmuebles asignados.
  • Coordinarás con la administración de los edificios para que el check-in sea sin complicaciones.
  • Apoyarás con entregas, preparación de amenidades y dejarás todo lindo para la llegada de cada huésped.
  • Harás inventarios del material que hay en el edificio que te toque.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Sueldo mensual:
     $16,000 - $18,000 (según experiencia)
  • Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día:
  • 12 días de vacaciones al año
  • 15 días de aguinaldo
  • 25% de prima vacacional
  • IMSS, Afore e Infonavit
