Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Cloud Services Operations Manager to oversee the management and performance of cloud services operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, managing operational processes, and coordinating teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve cloud service operations and support business goals.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage the operational delivery of cloud services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the coordination and resolution of incidents and service requests related to cloud services.
  • Develop and implement processes for optimizing the efficiency of cloud operations and service delivery.
  • Monitor cloud service performance, identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align cloud service solutions with business goals and customer needs.
  • Allocate resources and manage scheduling to support cloud service operations.Maintain documentation on operational processes, service delivery metrics, and performance reports.

Required Skills:

  • Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience managing cloud service operations and service delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, services, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience using support ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to have 3-day office hybrid work model.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred. However, candidates without direct ERP exposure will be considered if they bring solid support and ticketing experience.
  • Experience in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and cloud service performance.
  • Experience with cloud operations tools and monitoring systems.
